Yes – our translations are recognised by all
Australian authorities. We advise customers to check with the relevant
consular authority regarding requirements for recognition overseas.
Yes - all our staff have NAATI accreditation (or
recognition in languages with a lower demand).
No – we translate from any copy that we receive
and attach it to our translation. It will be up to you to prove to the
relevant authority that the copy is genuine.
No – only a Justice of the Peace can do that, or
any other officer with similar official standing, e.g. a solicitor, judge, some bank managers and police officers.
We guarantee that we use only qualified language
experts whose work is double-checked. If we make a mistake, we will
correct it. We work under the Australian Trade Practices Act
which protects you as a consumer.
We charge for our German <> English translations by the number of English words. Our rates depend on the complexity of the source text. Simple personal documents are charged at a fixed rate. Please fax or e-mail us a sample of your text for an obligation-free
quote.
