Our conditions are designed to allow for swift and straightforward
service of the highest possible quality. The following service,
delivery and payment conditions form part of each contract we enter
into.
-
We provide a written quote which contains all necessary details
of the job and serves as our service contract. Clients must
sign the quote and return it to us.
-
We charge by the number of words in English (translation) or
by three-hour timeslots (interpreting and other services).
-
Additional services are charged at a standard rate, eg. affidavits,
explanations, non-standard certifications.
-
Any quote is valid for five business days and the final price
may vary by a maximum of ± 10% unless a fixed price has
been specifically offered.
-
Our work is completed by appropriately NAATI-accredited translators/interpreters
unless specifically stated otherwise.
-
We accept text in hard copy or electronic form. Our clients
are responsible for delivering a fully legible and genuine document.
We accept standard word-processing file formats including .doc
and .pdf files.
-
We make no guarantee as to the authenticity of any source document.
-
Our service shall not be liable for any damage, loss or injury
resulting directly or indirectly from the use of, reliance on
or inability to use our translation.
-
We deliver our translation work as a certified hard copy or
by e-mail in .doc or .pdf format. We provide extract translations
unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
-
We deliver on receipt of full payment for work performed unless
other express arrangements have been made.
-
We accept cash, deposits into our account, cheques and credit
card payments (Visa, MasterCard and AMEX). Please click here
to download a credit card payment form to print and fax back
to us. We also accept payment via PayPal.
-
We operate under Australian law, specifically the Trade
Practices Act 1974.
